water source, considering these scientific proof and upcoming factors Dr. Sanjeev Mane and team doing 200mt/acre
experiment by using scientific and practical technique under guidance of scientist team.
In this experiment soil fertility, best quality seed, plantation method, organic manure, chemical fertilizer, bio fertilizer, PGR spray, water management, water hardness, pH, Temperature, Moisture etc all major and minor factors which affect on sugarcane yield were considered.
when surrounding atmosphere temperature rises above 35 degree Celsius then leaf closes their stomatal openings due to this photosynthesis nearly stops resulting it affects on overall sugarcane growth mostly stops, to get overcome this temperature rise issue and having ability to spray nutrients even if sugarcane collapse they installed inverted modular sprinkler all over open farm field, in this setup there is fully automatic system which detects and
measure temperature rise and fall, Moisture rise and fall censor and controller, these system automatically starts and create water fog around field and helps to reduce temperature and increase moisture as per requirement, after sensing required temperature fall and moisture rise through installed sensors the system automatically shut down the
water fogging system, to install this system on open farm field Iron channels and linking wires were used to make stable structure, Jain irrigation systems jalgaon helped to install and gave all technical support, this it Indias may be world’s first open field experiment on large scale for sugarcane yield, This project held on Mr. Ashok Khot’s farm at urun islampur At first attempt got grand success of 168mt / acre as per factory record, its second crop means its ratoon got 123mt/acre, At third attempt we got 148mt/acre the main reason behind achieving target is heavy rain fall, this experiment is still going on.
